We can’t do it without you
Craigdarroch Castle has a dynamic volunteer program that sees a wide range of people sharing their time to provide visitors with the information and stories that make a visit to Craigdarroch a fun, family friendly experience.
It has been such a very long time since we have been able to get together in person, and to have volunteers in the Castle telling the many different stories and ushering in our guests through the doors. We have greatly missed the many different interactions and the significant contributions that help us create the most magical experiences for people visiting from all over the world.
Based on recent restrictions being lifted/eased, we believe we are at a good place to start inviting back our volunteers to help us tell our stores and receive visitors. We look forward to re-starting our volunteer program effective, Thursday, April 14th on a phased basis. In keeping with our mandate of ensuring our staff and volunteers safety, The Castle Society has taken the decision to keep the mask mandate for all staff and volunteers and, we will be requiring each volunteer to have received at least two doses of Covid-19 vaccine and to show proof of this. As a condition of volunteering, we will be asking each person to sign off on, and be guided by these procedures that are in place for everyone's safety and wellness.
